Quad Cities Disc Golf Club

Minutes

Tim Miller called the meeting to order at 7:15PM with 20 members present. The club minutes were read and approved with no corrections.

Committee Reports:
Treasury: John Resch reported that we have a balance of $841.50. Contact John for a detailed report.

Merchandise: Dan reported that merchandise earned $128.00 in sales for the month of December. There are 750 discs remaining in stock. Dan is still researching shirts for the club. If anyone is interested in submitting any new artwork for the club, feel free to do so.

Rumble: Chad and K.C. report that the website for the RCR is online at www.rcrumble.com.
Pre-registry is due by May 5th- after this date the fee will be an additional $20. Kelly and Phil have offered to run a doubles tourney at Middle the Friday before. Details of player’s party are still being worked out.

Women’s Nationals: John R. reported that the Bid for 2008 Women’s Nationals is due March 31st. The club voted to form a committee headed by John. Other members include Chase, Pat, Kelly, Katie, Tom B.

Old Business:

□ Director Nominations- Responsibilities of committee directors were discussed.
□ Bettendorf Course Development (formally known as Bett. Debt)- Dan has written a letter to be sent out to possible sponsors. This letter is to be proofed by Kathy. Dan also motioned to change the price of sponsorships.

This motion was passed. Addresses of possible sponsors are still encouraged.

There being no more business the meeting was dismissed at 9PM. Next meeting will be March 13th, 2007- 7PM Oscars Garage.
