Quad Cities Disc Golf Club
Meeting Minutes
March 13th, 2007

Tim Miller called the meeting to order at 8:15 with 16 member present.

Committee Reports:

Treasury: John R. reported that we have balance of $891.50

Merchandise: Dan S. reported that he sold 14 discs over the past month for $176. Dan has $57 cash on hand, and an order of 105 discs to K&K for $726.50 due April 15th.
Dan currently has 625 discs left in inventory.

Bettendorf Parks Improvement: Dan needs to get the sponsorship letter proofed by Kathy. Please give Dan addresses of possible sponsors.

River Cities Rumble: Bent River will be giving $2,000 towards the tournament, therefore the players party will be there Sat night. Volunteers are still needed please contact Kelly or Chad with your names and duties!

Women’s Nationals: It is possible that Geneseo might donate $6,000 dollars over the course of 3 years towards the tournament. Please gather names and sponsors whom might donate to this tourney.

New Business:
Twenty-eight ballots were collected for the Committee Director positions. The results are the following:
Leagues Director- Paul Roesner
Tournament Director- Chase Roberts
Merchandise Director- Dan Swords
Courses- Tim Miller
Publicity- Kathy “is my beeeetch” Betcher
Website- Mike Robinson

Next Meeting will be held at Oscar’s Garage in Rock Island, March 27th @7PM.
** Note- Meeting will be held April 17th at Oscars- voting on State representatives and Chairman of the board.
