Meeting called to order at 7:15 by K.C. Randall

Old Business: Club Debt discussed by Dan who met with “executive officers” Sunday. No official amount is yet known, but some options were discussed. This will be discussed further at the next meeting.

New Business: 32 ballots were returned, K.C. Randall tallied votes. Below are the newly elected officers.

Pres: Tim Miller
Vice Pres: Tom Beauchamp
Sec: Kelly Welch
Treasurer: John Resch

Tim Miller appointed Dan Swords as head of Merchandising/Inventory, Dan accepted.

Tim Miller made a motion to move future club meetings to the last Weds. of every month, seconded by Tom B. This motion was voted on and passed. The next meeting will be Weds, Oct. 25th 2006 at 7PM.

Paul Roesner made an announcement that the Camden League will soon be moving from Tues. nights to Sundays. No official dates yet set.

Important Dates:

October 13th/21st- Davenport Parks and Recreation Clinic at Eastern Park, 12PM- 4PM. Volunteers needed. Contact K.C. or Mike Robinson for more information.

October 14th- Scott County Wellness- 9 hole temporary course will be set up at Credit Island Park. Contact Mike Robinson for more information.

Sat. October 21st (field day) /22nd. Argus/Dispatch Tournament. Contact Chase Roberts for more information.

Sat. October 28th- Clinic at Middle Park, Time approx. 1PM-3PM. Volunteers needed. Contact Tracey Lopez (mountainmama) for information.

Sun. October 29th- Doubles tournament at Middle Park- 8 AM check in, 9AM Start. Contact Phil Dodds (thundercleese) for more info.

Agenda for October 25th:

Possible structure changes to the club, and club debt. Please bring ideas, questions, and topics to be discussed.
