Chairman John Resch called meeting to order at 8:10 with 10 members and a quorum present.

Committees:

Camden II: Chris Sprague has been hired by the Village of Milan to help with course installment. A course work day has been scheduled for Sat the 10th and 17th, Please contact Paul if you are interested. Tisha and K.C. Armstrong are donating lumber from an old barn to build a bridge for the course. The course will also have chainsaw art! The Village expects to pour tees very soon. The course will have 4 to 5 bridges to build. No baskets will be put in until the course is complete so that the Village can have a grand opening. Everything is going very well and moving quickly!

Eaglepoint- Alex is organizing work days for the course to put sleeves in, contact him if you are interested in helping.

Bettendorf: John met with Steve Grimes for final plans at Hollowview. They will not start working until the spring. We are going to try to use the existing design done by Jeff Clark to save time. The final debt owed was decided at $1,500.

Treasury: The balance stands at 1,584. Contact John for a full report. $36.95 is owed to Kelly for the purchase of flowers for Chad’s sons funeral. Camden Chaos had 28 participants. We would like to put in an order for new shirts with a new print. Brad has submitted new designs. We will order 100 tshirts in the new design.

Memberships-
It was voted in at last meeting to change the membership timeline to a Jan 1st to Dec 31st schedule. Some benefits for club members discussed could be discounts at tournaments of $2, a player number for members (similar to PDGA player numbers). It was decided that if a membership is paid for after Oct. 31st of the year, the membership will extend to Dec of the following year. New members will pay $20 and renewals $15. The possibility of having different levels of donations was considered, for example if you pay $50, you would be considered a gold member and might get something extra like a QCDGC hooded sweatshirt. Brad was going to check with Dennis for prices on hoodies.

There being no new business the meeting was adjourned.
NEXT MEETING, TBA.

Respectfully submitted,
Kelly Welch
QCDGC Secretary
