Old Business
• Club Shirts-Dennis Gonzales brought samples and prices to discuss club shirts and collared shirts for order. We were not able to discuss this issue due to lack of time
• Bettendorf Debt- Tim met with parks director Steve Grimes. It has been confirmed that the club promised $9,800 worth of labor and donated equipment, most of which can already be written off by the club. The club also owes $8,600 in cash and/or equipment (i.e. baskets, flypads.) It was approved that the club would cut a check for $2,240 to be paid to the City of Bettendorf before December 12th, 2006. The remaining debt will be paid off by selling hole sponsorships at Hollowview and Middle Parks.
1 basket will be sold for $300
2 baskets for $500
3 baskets for $700
Thirty-two total signs are available for sale. The prices were voted on and approved. This issue was moved to a committee headed by Dan Swords. Other members include Travis Wilson, Chase Roberts, and Kelly Welch.
• Eagle Point Park- K.C. set up a work day for Sat. December 2nd, 2006 at 10AM.
• Club Reform- a vote was held on the issue. Twenty-six votes were recorded including five absentee votes. There was a tie. Discussion followed the vote, and the issue has been tabled until the next meeting
