Description: The Village of Milan donated $20,000 for the installation of a second course at Camden Park in Milan, IL, combined with the efforts of local disc golfers. Camden Two is set to be a more challenging course, playing through thick woods and steep ravines. Course work will continue through 2008 and may be complete by Fall depending on how many people can get out and help! With the course playing completely through dense, unsettled, treacherous terrain, there has been a massive clearing effort to drag, cut, stack, and burn. This is a perfect opportunity to take ownership in the QC's first WOODS course! Check out IowaDG for Sprague's progress blogs as well as information on how you can help.
Directions: I-80 to I-280, to Airport Road (Milan) exit west to left on US67, south 1.5 miles, park is on left at intersection with 92nd Ave (Milan Beltway - look for water tower). Enter from north or west. Parking at top of hill in SE corner of park.

I commend those that sacrificed their time to develop a course this good. Thanks goes out to Chris Sprague and the city of Milan for putting in a championship level course.
